The floors are luxury vinyl plank, and the kitchen has granite counter tops. Appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and a washer & dryer. Second floor units feature spacious 10-12ft ceiling heights. Your rent will also include parking at the community and we are pet friendly! Expenses not included in rent will be your water, electricity & cable/Wi-Fi. Pet rent is a monthly charge of $35, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee $350. Renter’s insurance is required at the tenant’s expense. From High Country Square you’re a short drive to skiing, hiking, biking, fine dining and all the high country has to offer.
